Here at Toby Carvery Horsforth, we believe there's only one way to do our beloved British roast – and that's properly.

Story

When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings – including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Leeds's favourite carvery restaurant.

I went with a large group and most of them went for the carvery. I chose a roast beef Yorkshire pudding wrap. I should have read the menu rather than glance at it though, because it came with barbecue sauce and cheese on it. The biggest disappointment was the beef itself though I couldn't even cut through it for all the fat and ended up leaving most of it and just eating the 3 roast potatoes and the edge of the wrap as the rest was a a bit thick and undercooked. Should have gone for the carvery, everyone was happy with that nDidn't spoil the night though, great company made it very enjoyable
Great birthday do held at Horsforth branch. Nice staff and great service. Food & plates could have been a bit warmer, but great choice and tasty. Menus could have been cleaner, but this is a problem in most chain pubs. Toilets a bit smelly. Sewer issues need sorting.
I recently visited and had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to a young lad named Ethan behind the bar. Ethan was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick with our drink orders. His cheerful demeanour and efficient service really made our visit enjoyable. Kudos to Ethan and the entire team for a great dining experience! We'll definitely be back.
Six of us 2 adults, 4 children ate on Sunday 8 September. We had a very polite waiter called Aaron, who was attentive and made sure we had drinks as needed.nnOnly negative points were the temperature which was swelteringly hot and rather uncomfortable and that the standard adult roasts don't come with a sausage any more, unless you upgrade to the super size plate which I wasn't going to do for my ten year old.
Lovely atmosphere, great food and fab staff.nnFor anyone with a well behaved pooch... visiting here is a must. Relax in the bar, enjoy delicious food and great service.nnThis is certainly a Flora 5 Star !!
