I'm not from the area but spent both Friday and Saturday night at this pub while visiting family recently and had a brilliant time! The DJ on the Friday night played classic soul, absolutely loved it. A band played on the Saturday night and the atmosphere was amazing, the place was packed and the band had everybody dancing - we had a ball! This place will be my first stop next time I'm in the area, great night out.

Excellent bar. Great atmosphere. Comfy. Good ales. Very friendly. Food is also excellent - always changing up what they do.

great place for live music and great food, authentic Thai food.  they must be quite skilled they serve stuffed chicken wings,  how you can stuff a chicken wing I don't quite know.

I've just moved into the area and was enticed in on a wet sunday afternoon by the sound of a great live piano singer. Fantastic pint of beer and a Thai curry later and I'm a happy man. So happy that this place is on my doorstep.

Excellent refurb. Great ale choices. Lovely place. Friendly staff. Kitchen is run by external independents who change regularly so worth checking out who/what food it is.
