Booked a table for 17:35 we got here early had a drink while we waited. It was busy in the waiting area, but I counted 10 empty tables and we were still made to wait 20 minutes until our booking time…This made no sense to me. Why not seat us on arrival???nnThe meal was warm, only the potatoes were hot, this was a shame because it had the potential to be a top roast.nnThe paying system could be updated, waiting 10 minutes to pay is far too long!nnOverall the food was decent and edible.
This is the worst roast I’ve had in my life, everything was bland, the meats were cooked well but all the veg was unseasoned or under seasoned. I couldn’t finish the meal. The only reason I rated it 2 stars is because the dessert. I was really good hot and the ice cream was cold. The waiter was so unbothered , I believe she forgot she was at our table because she took so long to take our dessert orders.
Best carvery I’ve had. Been to a few toby caverys in my time of living in London but this one topped the bill. We were running late and staff were more than understanding to move our booking. Served by the lovely Donna who was very helpful, kind and bubbly. Would definitely come here again
Stayed at The Innkeepers Collection at The Toby Carvery Eden Park. Beautiful large room with lovely, big, comfortable bed. Lovely decor and a great comfortable room.nBreakfast was included in the price and was served in the Toby Carvery downstairs and was all you can eat breakfast, which was delicious. I did have to buy my latte from the bar, though, as I can't drink filter coffee, which is what they serve at breakfast.nCar parking is also free for guests, but you must check in on screen at reception.
A massive thank you to Jonathan for making the day so special you did us and yourself proud. The food was lovely with great comments from guests Family and friends attending were able to share memories of a much loved niece taken to soonnot forgetting Leah & Fiona who were outstanding ready with smiles and friendliness to us all. Thank you x
