It took a long time get someone to take my order. The staff were chilling at the bar instead of serving the customers. The restaurant management needs to train their staff on good hygiene. Especially when staff members caught in their hands they need to sanitize or wash their hands immediately. Despite all the above the food was good. More vegan options are also needed.
The food was lovely, as was the wine. The service provided by Miha was exemplary and couldn't be beaten. She was delightful and respectful. We will certainly be back. Thank you x
I had the most amazing lunch here. Food was great. Was served by an AMAZING young man who sadly doesn't normally work at that branch. Drinks were awesome and our waiter was happy to make menu adjustments for me. I have already booked to return with my mother and son!
I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the portions. Usually with ravioli you're lucky to get 6 pieces. The food tasted pretty good. When Zizzi got busy about an hour after we arrived, service was a bit slow. But, the staff were generally very pleasant. Suggest removing the cocktail style ice cream dish for something more functional. Vegetarian options: Super tasty vegetarian ravioli.
24/01/19 Food here is very nice ! Well cooked good presentation and the discount offer made it even better ! Alot of parking right outside the store pay -bays huge restaurant and i would recommend this place ! I would also return gladly ! My recommendations for starters are too hard because they were all nice check the pics , mains: skinny pizza diavola with avacado ceasar saled comes together. Fantastic ! Hasn't planned on going in here, but the menu had good options for me as a vegan. The food was really good, especially the rainbow lasagne, which we both decided was truly excellent both from a carnivore and a vegan. The staff were everything we expected and much more. Recommended wholeheartedly. Vegetarian options: A few very good vegan options.
I had a wonderful dinner at Zizzi recently and I wanted to take the time to thank Sylwia and her team for their amazing hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the extra care that was taken to ensure that my dining experience was perfect. I would highly recommend Zizzi to anyone looking for a great meal and a pleasant atmosphere. Thank you again to Sylwia and her team for making my dinner so enjoyable.
Nice Zizzi, with a formula that works. Service was very friendly and the food was just what we needed. Kids menu helps and they take taste card on certain days.Food: 5/5
Service was slow, food was okay very soggy base of rustica pizzas. Table was sticky. No one came to clear our table towards the end and all staff disappeared when it was time to pay our bill so we had to walk to the front and pay.Food: 3/5
Whilst the food and service was great, the Zillionaires offer was a scam. Never worked when I tried it link not available, Member of staff was also not able to operate the offer, gave up in the end. Disappointing scam.Food: 4/5
