Friendly & helpful waiter. Service good at 12.30 Sunday. Meat tender, veg could have been warmer but good selection. Pleasant atmosphere. Good value for roast. Like idea of mini pudding + hot drink, although limited choice of puds.

Went for breakfast. Cutlery dirty. Had to wait 10 minutes for sausages to be refilled. Plates stone cold so food went cold quickly. On the way out went to the toilet to find excrement in one cubicle and broken seat in the other. One door had a hole in it from beind kicked in. Rude graffiti on the walls too. Staff just wander around with no sense of urgency and totally emotionless almost zombie like. For a large pub chain like Toby it is incredible that they allow a place to be run like this. Shocking. Truly shocking. Will not be returning as there are many other places offering buffet breakfasts .

Lovely Toby Carvery! The car park is pay and display (£1 for 2 hours) but if you take the "receipt" part of your parking ticket in with you, and give this to staff when you ask for the bill, the parking charge is deducted from your total. Truely lovely staff and the pub is right next to the river and lovely view over it.

Our local Toby carvery otherwise we wouldn't bother. The food is good overall. We have witnessed on at least three occasions senior staff bullying service staff. Shouting at junior staff in front of customers is not professional. Cutlery and plates are not always clean, tables are sticky and condiment areas a mess. Come on Bishopstoke management be nicer and less rude and tidy the pub up.

Went at lunchtime on a Thursday, was pretty busy and we found some staff confusing us as to did we order at the bar or table for both food and drinks?! Food (carvery) was good and I had eyes bigger than my belly so had a doggy bag of meat to take home for my friends dog 👍 was a nice meal out with family and a friend
