Bought a bag but before paying wanted to check the returns policy it was 28 days with tags still on & UN used I also asked what if it becomes faulty the man said really ebrupt and very rude WE DONT SELL FAULTY THINGS HERE I was going to tell them to Keep the bag . but I needed one.. shame shoe zone shut down .. I won't be returning anytime soon,.
Easy to walk around. Reasonable stock levels, just I didn't find anything. Till queue fast moving
Great TK Maxx. Seems to be kept much tidier than others that I have visited. As with all TK Maxx you just have to be patient and look carefully through the stock
Went in store earlier today with my mum who was wanting to return some bras she had bought, the man who served us was extremely rude. Telling her that to return an item it has to be in the condition which the item was purchased in and that it stated in the wall behind him it said this. My mum had not put the item back on the hanger as it had broken, and he also made a comment on the fact my mum gave him the bag her items were in saying ‘I suppose you want me to take it out of the bag for you as well’. Extremely rude, left my mum really upset.
Absolutely love TK Maxx, as usual there was lots of stock, lots of choice and at a good price. Queues not too bad.
Always a fun place to find something different and good value. Be prepared to rummage a bit
My God what a hard sound have the hole time my ears protected
Good selection of goods but needs to be tidier and shelves neater.
Big variety of items to choose from would highly recommend
It was ok not a shop i go in alot my grandaughter likes it though
