Fantastic store in a great location. Store is like a maze to get round but a very beautiful building.

If you can get over the confusing layout of this House of Fraser, there’s lots to like. The floor plan seems a bit muddled, with lots of little separate areas and apparently no way out other than doubling-back on yourself, but there’s plenty of range in the clothing and accessories department. Big brands are neatly and attractively displayed and there’s also an excellent homewares and furniture section upstairs, with convenient lift access. Unfortunately we didn't find any makeup or fragrance counters. There are toilets and nearby (paid-for) parking at the Regent Arcade.

Good place to shop for clothes and cosmetic. They have got their own coffee place, plus Nero coffee.

So many depts to browse.  Very good clothing range with all the top name brands in-store making it so much easier to get an outfit for a special occasion
