I went to Wembley TK max it was a nice experience specially in fitting room, Ms Nida provided a good service. We much appreciated her service of politeness and kindness. We liked her smiling face.
This shop is always so busy but the staff are exceptional. They're also friendly and polite and helpful.nThey have to deal with a fair amount of theft unfortunately but manage to do it without losing their cool. Have seen incidents of people running out the door with items, other picking up items when security is busy dealing with thieves and people even pulling out the tags. Quite rampant really!
It has always been a fantastic experience to visit TK Max .It offers a wide range of products at affordable prices, making it a great destination for budget-conscious shoppers. Whether you're looking for branded,trendy clothing or stylish home decor, this outlet has something for everyone. The selection of products is extensive, ranging from clothing , men women, kids , shoes, books, toys, gifts, designer bags,perfumes,and accessories to home goods and electronics.
Not so good experience. The rude lady staff in the fitting room tells the customers to hang the clothes on the hangers once done with the fitting, it's like customers doing volunteer service for the store for free. Very bad customer service and attitude.
Amazing! Perfect place to buy quality products with good price.
