To maxx  is not what it used to be the standard has fallen dramatically . Beware of buying the skin products or oils they could be old stock  and also going off . The variety is very poor and the clothes  are often made wrong  with wrong sizes  and and to be honest the stuff feels like seconds . The clothes  used to be fabulous with genuine bargains.  I'd stay away from the shoes ans they often don't feel comfortable. But they are good for kitchen ware and household stuff and gifts . I used to go to them all. Now curiosity takes me there now and again but I'm always dissatisfied.

Great shop, we spent an hour here browsing for Christmas gifts but ended up buying stuff for ourselves.

Code orange  Halloween has arrived and this is my happy place, bought in-store and placed 2 orders online as they keep adding ghouly goodies.  Staff in the store were all helpful and wrapped up my breakable items for me which was handy.

I love a friendly atmosphere but when you are in the queue and one person is doing returns and the only other staff member is having a conversation that would make the Late Late Show look bad then it gets a little too much. Sort it out.
