This TK Maxx is recommended if you are in or nearby Crawley. Relatively large with a wide range of products. I like this branch more than others around.nnPlenty of parking space and many other shops in the same place!nnHighly recommended!
I usually go to this place. They have some decent items there. I tried to exchange few tops for my kids. Which i got it as a present from my friend So we handed over the gift receipt in the counter. Old lady was in the tills was annoyed and asked help. A young lady came to help her but the cashier went again and came after 10 minutes time. Said we cant do anything until orignal receipt presents. I explained to her that this is the gift. Then one rude idiotic person came as line manager named called Declan even no name batch no professional dress code. Like homeless looking and kick us out without even understand the logic of gift receipt. He threatening me to get a indipendent opinion from another customer in the store. I took it to customer service they even worser than this store. They said to go to store and get refund because they already spoken to manager.nnCustomer service Romania, Karlee, Vivian Shame on you. You couldn't even investigate and give a apology for the customer for wrong doingnnRasoul i believed that you are a store manager and you must be so proud about what Declan doing in the store for name of customer service. If I am in your position i will sack the guy straight away go and have a look about customer reviews about Declan if i am wrongnnI am ready for the legal battle because i have a full video of Declan and oneday it will be in social medianI worked in retail more than 20yrs and i know the service and consumer rightsnI know i lost some money but dont worry i will never step in to your floor for exchange
Brand new clothing and household store in Crawley Retail Park in Manor Royal, catering for all age ranges and sizes.nnTwo large floors with lots of products with a stairs and a lift available.nnFree parking and good disabled access.
Shops are good, but parking is limited to 3 hours only. After spending over £300 in the shop, I ended up with a parking charge from Nexus parking ... they didn't even care about the fact that I was shopping so Will not be visiting this shop again.
Great location for picking up designer clothes and shoes and bags
