Great in the sale but also great all year round high quality clothing and shoes and bags

I don't see why they have even bothered installing a collect your parcel point. You get encourage to us it but then end up waiting nearly twice as long as if I went to the till. Back customer service. They need a serious check of the system.

Took about 20 minutes to find my click and collect order. Added star because the staff did look for it as much as they could.

What a memorable, special shopping experience that was! The wonderful shop assistant, Sidra, couldn’t have been any more helpful. She was so incredibly patient with me as I can be quite particular and fussy however she made me feel so comfortable and made what would normally be quite a stressful experience for me Stress-Free, which I really appreciated! I’m not used to buying suits all that often, so Sidra helped me with every aspect of the process; from giving me advice on the fittings/sizes, making recommendations and just generally going the extra mile.nnAn absolute superstar! Thank you once again Sidra! ‘NEXT’ should be proud to have employees like yourself and kudos to ‘NEXT’ for having staff of this professional calibre who are clearly super well trained and knowledgable
