Working with Dickies in the run up to our wedding day was great, they were super flexible to our needs we did have a few and were incredibly helpful whenever I spoke to them. The suits looked fantastic and all of the boys looked so smart! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
I recently got married and must say the suits I hired for my grooms party and myself were impeccable. Kirsty & the team are very professional, friendly and patient, they were good at dealing with my best man who was a bit of a handful. I would highly recommend them based on the service we received, the high quality of the suits and how easy they make it arranging suits. Thanks girls for all your help and patients.
I found the staff very friendly, very helpful and very welcoming! I needed a full outfit for a Christmas Party and they couldn't do enough for me! I would highly recommend Dickies in Crawley to anyone!! I will certainly be using them again and will be recommending them to all my friends, family and colleagues!
Not impressed. Hired a DJ for a work Christmas party. Prices are comparable to most places so at £80 for one night's hire I do not expect to be given a shirt resembling a parachute. Had to take time off work to return and get the correct size. I was specifically told "don't worry about the shirt, it won't be this big". I was then told to return the suit the following day, to find the shop closed with no warning or sign - totally wasted journey. It pains me to leave a bad review, because it was a nice quality DJ, they have friendly staff, but terrible organisation and service this time around. Probably won't be returning.
I am getting married this August so I thought we would order the groom and best men's outfits early. So last year we went into Dickies to book the outfits . We were told that the grooms outfit would be FREE. We thought this was a great offer , so we went ahead and ordered. When we went into complete our booking in April we spoke to the owner re our order. She was the most unhelpful and vile person I have ever spoken to. She stated that the deal that was agreed on wasn't even in the table as to use her words ' it wouldn't be worth my while. So we bought the suits some where else , who I might add were very courteous . Then to add insult to injury Dickens are now offering the original deal that we were offered last year. We lost our deposit at Dickens so as you can imagine we are not happy . My advice to you all is DONT use this company as they are rip off merchants !!!!!! Also I had to give one star as they wouldn't let me give NO stars at all which is what they deserve.
the lady dealing with or suits was very nice, we had another lady for one of the fittings and seemed very rude, impatient, and had no time for us. As for the suits its a shame ''mine'' the groom had a hole in the arse stitching which was pointed out to me waiting at the aisle. which made the situation very embarrassing. so once arriving at the reception i had to put a different pair of bottoms on. As i explained to lady when i took the suits back, trying the suit on the day before i was checking it fitted correctly, im not going to know if theres a hole in the arse region as i cant see and wouldn't expect it to be there as they should be checking the suits correctly before sending out. she said she would speak with the manager and call me, this was in June, now in August im still waiting, very disappointing service and added stress to my wedding day that wasn't needed
The staff are excellent and very helpful. They managed to alter the suit whilst I waited which saved me having to come back again. Would recommend them to anyone looking to hire out suits . Thank you
Hired a tux on the same day. Really happy with the service, very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend and use again.
Most helpful staff, excellent service. Everything fitted, everything good quality at a good price.
Good and fast expert advice, great service. 15min was all it took to hire a great looking tuxedo.
