Would be more as the store on the whole is great but there is no customer service at all at the till. The one girl was moaning and rushing and showing her frustration of not wanting to be there. I didn't go back for a while because of that since she left all the security tags on then when I went back to have them taken off she ripped them off and tore clothing as she was doing it. It was a horrific experience.
Staff are rude and blatantly do not care. I was looking for trainers and asked if they had my size in a pair a found. I was told all trainers are out which is fair enough. But when I pointed out that most of the trainers were in the wrong size areas I was told “yeah they are” by the very miserable young lady. I told her again just in case she misheard me amd pointed out an example and she just looked at me with a blank stare. I told her that I would put them back in their correct area and she just walked off. Very poor attitude. At least try and put a game face on!
Halloween stuff now in store which is great! Baskets are really big enough for a pillow. Staff packed bag very poorly by putting glass candle in a glass candle holder so now need to return it. Not hard to pack a bag properly
Deals aren’t what they used to be,silly prices on a lot of big brand labels,not necessarily quality
Worst service ever. Avoid this store and save your self a headache!
