Impressed with the cleanliness. Good ratio of tables to play area. Not the largest soft play I've been to but food good and plenty of parking too.
First time here, was surprised how high the frame was. My son loved it. Over 4 slides. 2 balls pools. Nice, cheap and lots of fun.
Don't normally leave reviews but got to say this place deserves one. I visited today with my toddler. Not a massive fan of the places as normally you just sat they waiting for the time to pass while your kid blows off some energy. Walked in and was greeted by some very welcoming staff. On site food and coffee is a nice addition and was well worth its money. Coffee tasted like Costa and was half the price. Big bonus in my eyes which are almost shut come 3 o'clock with having a toddler. My little one loved what was on offer and when it was time to leave she started having a tantrum. Staff onside offer sweets to calm her down which worked a treat. Will be visiting again as not only did my little one enjoy it, I managed to have 5 minutes to myself with a coffee. Win win in my eyes.
As far as "hell in a sheds" go this one is decent, plenty space to play for the kids, food good, staff friendly and considerate and we stayed till closing on a Friday after school and it wasn't that bad, definitely come again
Can't recommend this soft play enough! The staff are all fantastic and great with the children, the coffee and food is absolutely the best. It's a great play frame and suitable for a range of ages and we love the parties here if you have a full class party to do the exclusive use is most definitely worth every penny, turn up with a cake and the rest is taken care of!
My daughter loves this place. Great for children of all ages, only problem is a lot of older children go into the under 4 area and play rough around the really little ones but those is usually just on a weekend when it's a lot busier. My daughter had a birthday party here and has attended others, you're well looked after and catered for with more food than the children will need! Hot and cold drinks selection is good, pleanty of food available to order, I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a not so peaceful way to wear the kids out!
Soft play good, food okay, seating area cramped Attended a party on a Sunday. There seemed to be a production line of parties, and the space for sitting was cramped, tables were too close together. Maybe they should try and reduce the amount of parties they timetabled and take some tables out it might make it feel a lot less claustrophobic. The turnaround process for getting one party out of the "food area" and another party into it seemed chaotic and unpleasant especially as the food counter was busy. The kids play areas looked great, an under 4s space and over 4s space. The under 4s space had plenty of activities but at times some older children invaded the under 4s space - and were a bit rough and boisterous. There seemed to be plenty to do in the older children's area. The party food was simple, chips and chicken nuggets followed by ice-cream. The nuggets were really tasty, made with real chicken breast not processed. I had an americano coffee, it was average. I can't comment on the toilets as I didn't use them and I didn't buy any other food but they seemed to have an extensive menu. And I have no idea how much it usually costs as I attended a party. My 2 kids were pleased with their experience. Just the parent space was a let down.
Went here for a family members birthday party. Kids Absolutely enjoyed it. Lots to do and a very magical maze for all to enjoy. I had food there which was very nice and very plentiful. Would definitely go back again. They take card with 5 pound minimum spend and no charge.
Reasonable soft play. The tables in the sitting areas are very closely jammed in. When the inevitable buggies and child accessories start to pile up it becomes a real obstacle course. As for the actual obstacle course it's fine, under 10's will enjoy. Staff didn't seem particularly happy to be there.
This is my little bous favourite play area. It is always clean and tidy and food is great. The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile for the little one. It can get very busy as it is not the biggest but I think that is more to do with how great this place is.
