Doesn’t deserve 1 star.nEvery-time I go I’ve always been polite and the owner is always rude.nMore recently she tried to take my item out of its protective packaging claiming it’s not allowed.nThe shop is expensive too.nI will never visit again.

I often visit to use this post office despite living in Stone. The lovely ladies here are full of heart and always happy to help. The store and surroundings are beautifully kept and you can always expect a warm welcome.

Extremely rude lady owner!  Witnessed on 2 occasions now speaking to multiple people with utter contempt.  1 of which was a delivery driver, I felt embarrassed for him just watching/hearing how she spoke to him let alone how he felt.

Dreadful place, extremely rude lady presumably owner. The only Post Office I’ve visited who won’t allow a cash withdrawal. Drive an extra mile or so to Barlaston - they really don’t deserve any customers

Fantastic post office and shop. Wendy is very helpful, knowledge and caring. Without the shop and post office many of the villager’s would be isolated.
