We recently needed a radiator moving in our lounge, and felt it worth adding a review update to the full heating installation undertaken by Michael and John 7 months ago. The new heating system has been faultless since Titan installed it, the running economy particularly impressing us. Needless to say the radiator was moved without fuss, and as efficiently as the original job !
What a breath of fresh air to deal with a contractor who is knowledgeable, experienced, as well as friendly and efficient. Michael and John have replaced our entire heating and hot water system boiler, un-vented cylinder, pipework, and radiators, and we're very pleased with the result. They willingly accommodated changes along the way, the work itself being completed to a high standard, and they left the house clean and tidy at the end. We would not hesitate in recommending them. Easily worth our five star rating !
Michael offers a first class service to all his customers and we cannot rate his and John's work highly enough. They have attended our property at a days notice and sometimes attended the same day. They're great communicators, especially explanations regarding gas heating queries that we don't always fully understand. They are trustworthy, honest, always respectful and polite and do a great job at cleaning up after themselves. Brilliant service.
At last I have found an excellent heating/plumbing guy Michael and team were the best. On first contacting Michael he came to the house gave me good advice sent me a quote booked me in everything was done as he said it would be. I had a new boiler radiators and pipe work done i gave them the house key and they got on with it it's great to have a trusted workman that do a fantastic job and could not be more helpful I highly recommend Titan Heatian and will be booking him back for my first service next year thank you Michael
The service was prompt, professional, reliable and very friendly. It was very helpful to also get advice via telephone.
Install replacement Combi boiler. Excellent advice given on initial site visit helped us match those models available that were best suited to our domestic requirements. You don't buy a new boiler everyday. Clarity with costings. Punctual, polite and respectful throughout. Workmanship faultless. No hesitation in recommending Michael and Titan Heating Solutions.
Highly recommend this excellent company. Mike listened carefully to our specific issue and problem. In the past I have become accustomed to some firms unable to overcome such problems. However, Titan offered several solutions and were able to offer professional advice without pressure. Communication and time-keeping were excellent from start to finish. The completed job was achieved with efficiency and friendliness. Well done Mike.....much appreciated.
