Thank you Optima for fixing hot water problem, haven't had hot water like we have now for a long time.  Would definitely recommend you.

My Electrician was unable to remove a failed immersion heater due to wrong sealant originally used..  The cylinder was damaged in his attempts and a simple task became an emergency!
 
By this time it was early Saturday afternoon. However, Optima responded quickly and efficiently fitted a new cylinder.  Labour costs were very fair but, of course, copper cylinders don't come cheap!

Thank you, Peter, would definately reccomend Optima.
