Visited Timpsons on Hitchin high street this morning to have two keys cut. Dean, the technician who served me was very polite and professional. I was happy with the price of £10 and within no time I was on my way. Fantastic service all round.
I popped in today with a fault on my iPhone, the young gentleman fixed it within minutes and was extremely professional, polite and friendly. Excellent customer service from Timpsons Hitchin and I highly recommend!
Called in Wednesday 18th to have a watch battery changed. Only to be informed that "they are unable to change the battery due to the risk of infection, this was after waiting for 2 customers to have keys cut!! Where is the sense in this??
Changed my battery in 20 minutes, £250 cheaper than Tag Heuer. Great service
Poor quality key, inaccurate, badly finished and did not fit lock. Needed some time with a file before I could get it to work properly.
Had trouble with keys that I had cut but the guy was so helpful 10 out of 10 for costumer service
