Went to purchase Zippo lighter. The staff appeared genuinely interested in helping with my purchase, making suggestions etc. I had it engraved and they made a great job and then filled it with fuel for me. Whilst I was waiting they were very friendly and chatted albeit remaining professional.

Absolutely useless I had to go back three times about having links taken out as they seemed to not do it properlly each time. rude customer service as well made me feel like I was stupid
