Bought a GT bike from them. After 1 month's in of use, it now needs a new rear wheel hub and gears need tuning. There customer service is terrible. They had my bike, then different staff kept telling me different things needed doing, which it didn't need and they told me it needs a new part which they don't have but keep promising its on its way but I can tell they're lying! Also, I did a Google search of my bike and learnt I could of got it £70 cheaper online. AVOID this shop!

Really Satisfied with this Shop really helpful staff bought a gel seat for my cube which i bought from this Shop and the male Staff fitted it for me and kept the old seat untill i could pick it up. A great shop for buying a Cycle and Scooters. Discounted prices.

I work as a Cycle Mechanic at Halfords Festival Park.... i highly rate my experience with CDC... i was a regular customer for many years before I had a Road Accident on my Bicycle almost fifteen years ago.. which curtailed my Cycling... I will remain a CDC Customer because they give superb service accompanied with excellent well researched advice.... with the backing of Raleigh, they offer Great Value for Money. I would not hesitate to recommend CDC...
