So kind and friendly. Loads of interesting products. My dog is grain free due to allergies and all his biscuits are from here. He loves it. I take him with me when I can as it's a nice experience for him. Staff fully expect a lick and a snuggle from visiting pets so I don't worry about my overly zealous rescue staffy when he visits.

Excellent shop with a good range of products and very friendly staff.  Our puppy definitely appreciates the quality of the food and treats, and importantly it doesn't stink like the cheap stuff does.  Also, the price premium is a lot less than you would expect.  We get everything we need food-wise from Betty & Butch now.
