I openly admit I was in a cynical mood by the time I got to Tim Russ. A bit wounded by poor experiences with two other local estate agents, my anxieties were heightening as I recognised the house I was trying to sell was becoming increasingly difficult to do so as a result. However, when I first met Simon and Cathy and, later, Dan, it became quickly obvious that these guys are WAY above any of the competition in the area. Straight, thorough, honest, re-assuring, enthusiastic, prepared to go the extra mile - and also extremely pleasant to deal with. Everything other agents in the area aren't... We'd had previous dealings with your predecessor Gavin back in 2014 and 2015. He too, was extremely pleasant and called me from time-to-time before he moved on to see if there was anything he could help with. So, I already knew I liked your agency. The lesson from that was that we should have gone with you to start with. However, had we done that, I may not have realised just how good you guys are and I might not have appreciated you as much! Many thanks to you and your team once again. You will never truly know just how much I appreciated all your efforts and what an absolute pleasure it was to deal with you. If I had to sell another property in the Risborough area, I would go no further than Tim Russ.

Selling the house is a stressful experience. Simon and his team worked hard to make it as smooth as possible. We would recommend Tim Russ & Company to any one thinking of selling. Achieved a good price and got value for money.

We have had the most wonderful experience of buying our property with Tim Russ. They were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the process. Our main contact was Cathy Groves - who has been exceptional! No question was too much and she was incredibly delightful and a wealth of information. A true asset!

Having had my home valued by a local Agent in the area Tim Russ valued my home for £20,000 more . Not only did Tim Russ get me my full asking price and my home was sold with in 4 days of it being placed on the market . A big thank you to Cathy , Simon and Dan for all your hard work , guidance effort and help , you made the whole process so easy for me and took care of the whole thing for me as I had never sold before . I would always recommend Tim Russ Princes Risborough and should I move again I will certainly be using them in the future . Many thanks again Mandy M .
