In spring 2017 we bought a house in Longwick through Michael Graham, Princes Risborough.  Our contact was Tristan Hall who gave us a professional service throughout.  In particular he knew the status of the chain from top to bottom and kept us informed throughout.  This was very reassuring because we are all aware of how chains can fall apart, fortunately our held together for a trouble free purchase.

I sold my property with Michael Graham earlier this year. The service I received was great from start to finish.  It was not a straight forward sale but throughout the ups and downs they remained professional, calm, helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Tristan and Jeremy for outstanding customer service.  Very glad I chose to use them.

Our contact with Michael Graham was in the purchase of a house that was being sold through them.  At all stages of the process the staff were helpful, clear and pro-active, especially when the sale of our own house became complex.  Tristan Hall and Jeremy Knight managed the long chain involved, and Ross Muge provided invaluable assistance in the financial aspect of the purchase.
