I want to thank the team at B&B, especially Riley Bonner, for doing an excellent job in selling my mum's house in Longwick. In January 2024, I had 3 valuations in a day to choose an agent.  Dale was very straight-forward and professional, so we chose B&B.  After that, I have been superbly looked after principally by Riley in the Princes Risborough office, plus her colleague Jack.  They get top marks for communication, and being realistic and honest about the process.  I felt in safe hands at all times. Mum's move involved downsizing, so there were additional  stresses.  They recognised that and were thoughtful in their advice and communication. I cannot speak highly enough of Riley, Jack, Dale and the team at B&B. GR

We had a great experience selling our home through Bonners and Babingtons and would highly recommend them. Selling a house is obviously pretty stressful but the team at B & B were experts in making the process as smooth as possible. We mostly spoke with Jack and Riley, who are both professional people but also friendly and were supportive throughout proceedings.

We bought our house in February after a lengthy & complicated series of chain transactions & Bonners & Babbington were with us every step of the way to support & solutionise each hurdle! I cannot rate Riley , Jack and Dale highly enough . I contacted the Princes Risborough  team to sell my house and had great service from start to finish . They produced an excellent video and promotional package for my house and followed up with great feedback after every viewing . My sale had some hiccups along the way but the team were there to support me at every turn . They definitely provide a professional service with a personal touch and I received lovely messages from the team on completion . Thank you again to the whole team .

Highly Recommended whether buying or selling!  Jack and Riley are the dream team.  They produced a fabulous video as well as a wide variety of professional photographs showcasing our house.  We selected B&B because they clearly operate a professional service that ensures the house selling process stays on track and we weren’t disappointed.  We were in a fortunate and unique position as we both sold and bought our new home with B&B - Jack and Riley were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we sold and secured our new home. I know estate agents get a bad reputation but the guys at B&B are totally different. They really care about their customers and are worth all 5 stars and more ! Brilliant estate agency who go the extra mile and more.  Friendly team, great photography, a street view style walk through and a narrated video starring Jack!  Viewings well organised and house under offer in a week, excellent advice all the way through and always available, you really couldnt ask for more.
