This was my first time going through the drive through tonight and had a terrible experience. The Indian girl that was taking my order had terrible communication skills. Took her a while to understand my question and then I never got a clear answer as if she was speaking gibberish it was so difficult to understand. Overall the situation got so awkward due to poor communication skills. Never going there again.
Went through the drive through and asked for pancakes that had whipped cream, caramel drizzle and maple syrup. Got two sad looking pancakes with barely any maple syrup in between them.
Hygiene is not the best but it's a pleasant place overall. Caramel coffee is really good. It would be excellent place if the tables were cleaned after every use.
Amazing menu and doughnuts. The only drawbacks are the lack of sufficient parking spaces and the drive-through doesn't have a menu until you arrive at the ordering stand. Maybe place a few along the queue, so we can be better prepared to place an order when the time comes. Otherwise fresh, tasty and highly recommended.
Not only are the coffee and donuts amazing, but the staff are exceptional! I spilled my whole drinks order in my car and the staff gave me a whole new order and didn’t charge me. They then gave me free pup cups for my 2 dogs when they noticed them in the car! Definitely visit this place! Excellent service and excellent quality!
