I was searching for a tile in a particular shade of yellow which was proving trickier than I had imagined! I called Andrew at Tileworld Cornwall to see if he had anything before setting out on an hours journey. Andrew checked through all his stock and sent me a photo of a possible tile. Sadly it wasn’t the colour I was looking for but I really appreciated the effort he went to, to help me out. In an age of faceless internet shopping the friendly, helpful customer service from Tileworld is second to none!
Knowledgeable staff, good customer focus. Went back to purchase tiles - service was brilliant. Went back to order more when tiler thought we needed more but then had to cancel that order as we didn't. Staff still friendly, efficient and found a solution. Can't rate them enough. Wall panel, wall tiles and floor tiles all good.
I went in to look at some Kitchen tiles. Very nice chaps. friendly and spot on service.

Loads of choice at good prices, superb service. Nothing was too much trouble and Andrew was very helpful. I would recommend Tileworld every time.
Highly recommended. The guys at Tileworld are very knowledgeable and helpful, the shop has a great selection of tiles at competitive prices. We got our floor tiles here, they even managed to source one box of tiles for me within a few days when I ran short. Brilliant, friendly service all round.
Range of tiles is first class and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Had to change our minds regarding tile choice but they were very accommodating. Will be returning when we do the ensuite.

Very helpful, large selection of tiles. Ordered Tiles with a deposit and they kept them for me until ready to start the work. When I arranged to pick them up they kindly offered to deliver them for me. Such good service.
