Excellent service. The people that I dealt with were polite and courteous. The engineer turned up promptly. You receive an invoice after the work is completed, and there are various options of how to pay I will certainly be using them again and also making recommendations. .
This company was excellent right from the outset. After ringing them for a quote for a new boiler, an engineer called within a couple of hours to assess the job; within an hour of his visit I had a written quote emailed to me. The price was very reasonable. The two young engineers arrived as arranged , worked hard, were very polite and cleaned up afterwards. There were a couple of very small snags but within minutes of sending an email to the company, arrangements were made to attend the next working day to sort them out. I have to say that Mellor's customer service is excellent. I would certainly use them again.Service: Heating equipment repair & installation
Would highly recommend. Our boiler had been making a helicopter sound for sometime. I had a few independent heating engineers take a look, to no avail. Mr Hill from A Mellor arrived early, sorted the problem with a half a hour service, absolutely brilliant and a lovely chap. You will have my continued custom from now on and I am already recommending you to friends and family
