Where do i even start! In the last 6 years of working with multiple estate agencies both independant and countrywide, GLB are hands down the best estate agency that i have ever dealt with. The phone is answered every single time. My enquiries are dealt with very professionally and maintenance issues resolved generally within 48 hours, which is impeccable. Jess, Emily and Hannah all work relentlessly to ensure that the properties they manage are kept spic and span and i can't express enough as both a landlord and company let managing agency how much I appreciate that. 5* would highly recommend if you are a landlord or tenant looking for your new home, or for someone to manage it for you.
Do not book with them, had so many issues with this company. From our deposit been taking which we appealed and won, nearly getting evicted, a lot of maintenance issues, people coming in randomly without alerting us house filled with girls and a lot of WIFI issues. There's many more and to top that their customer service is very very poor. If I could give no stars, I would!
Jess at GLB was amazing throughout my purchase of my first home. She kept me well informed and was always at hand to help with any queries. Can’t thank her enough!
Dealing with GLB in 2019-2020 was the most stressful aspect of my entire student experience. They were difficult to deal with from the beginning and the customer service was abysmal. I was shouted at down the phone at one point. They overcharged us at the end of tenancy for repairs and this was overruled by the dispute company, which we attempted to negotiate but they would not listen. Students, beware.
Excellent services year on year with GLB especially Chloe. Always get a personal service and property is let within a month of listing with high quality tenants. Highly recommend!
An unnecessarily long and stressful process to get a student accommodation. My colleagues quickly and easily finished and signed a deal with their lettings companies, yet we’re still receiving emails asking for payments which were hardly specified. Very unorganised team and if i wasn’t already bound by a contract and a non-refundable fee i would choose some other company.
Having normally dealt with my rentals myself, Gemma and her team worked tirelessly and efficiently to find a suitable tenant taking all the stress out of the process and leaving me wishing i had used GLB before! Needless to say I will certainly be using them again! Particular thanks to Chloe and Claire
We arranged a viewing with them. They didn't turn up. We arranged another viewing and the flat was great. Got around to signing and they told us we couldn't. It turns out the person trying to let the flat didn't own it and was in fact trying to pull a fast one. GLB just did the checks late. Thanks GLB for setting back our house hunt by a whole week in a new city for new jobs starting 3 week.
