You get to eat some lovely Thai food at Tiger Lilly. The Ambience, hospitality, decor and the food is really good. The chicken satay is really tasty and even the chicken Tom yum soup is delicious . The crispy veggies was coated a little too much with the batter but it had the right taste and blend. Green curry was perfect with a lot of veggies and chicken and the spice level was perfect. Highly recommend to try the green curry. The mango pot was too delicious
Awesome Thai food. The best so far. The girl server know the menu like the back of her hand and the dishes she recommended were the best. Beautiful ambience and soft music to compliment the location. Worth every penny spend.
Would have given this place 5 stars as the food was 5 star, cooked perfectly with Thai flavours from the starters to dessert. And the venue itself was decent, spacious and clean. But sadly the customer service is very poor that it brings shame to the restaurant hence 4 stars.
Fantastic food, great service, well priced. It's definitely worth a visit. Vegetarian options: Many selections are available Kid-friendliness: Yes Parking: Street parking free after 5.30pm, otherwise around the corner near the entrance of Osterley Park from 12 noon is free. Dietary restrictions: Will try to accommodate and / or advise. Servers are very knowledgeable about each dishes.
I went to Tiger Lily for a working lunch we ate in the restuarant. The staff were phenomenal, the food is fantastic, well presented, well served and delivered. Caters for all diets. Probably one of the best places in Osterly a very relaxing atmosphere and good menu/selection of food. See photos. Great experiance. Would recommend.
The food was so nice the staff so friendly and helpful the restaurant very nice and specious one thing needed to make the difference is a little bit of nice music then it’ll be super Thank you to all the staff for help especially the smile

Honestly, I had one of the worst dining experiences at an asian restaurant. The food is NOTHING like authentic Thai food. Terrible food, terrible service and the waiting times for food was appalling. The overpriced ‘Thai’ food was not worth it after the nearly 1.5 hours wait for the main dishes. The food was below par at best and resembled food you could quite easily make at home make at home. However, the starters were the best part. The service was also very bad. I understand it was quite busy but it does not take upwards of an hour for your mains to arrive once ordered. A bit of honesty would have also been nice as when I asked how long the food would take to come, the waiter said “soon” and then came 10-15 minutes later after already waiting more than 1 hour. If i could rate Tiger Lily a 0 star I would. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. Eat somewhere else.
