Booked taxi night before Saturday 10th and they failed to turned up. Rang to have another taxi and was told 10mins. After 3 phone calls to find out where it was operator said it should have been there 25 mins later he turned up, moaned about the post code we gave him, just made it to our event. Never again Response to Owner. Not according to your office as they stated that the taxi should have arrived after 10mins...
