have just been dropped of from my return trip to heathrow airport. what can i say about this taxi service. i had one of the most friendly drivers ever. was so helpful. i had lots of luggage and he did not let me struggle with it. also when we got to my home he helped me in with it all into mine. not a lot of taxi drivers will offer to help like that so many thanks again. and will be using you again very soon.

used any cab in grays. lakeside taxis are the best buy far. have used them for about 2 years now and i never had any problems. don't normally put reviews but see some people just like moaning about thing. there a taxi company. cars may break down they maybe late because of things happening. but dam if life was so simple then it wouldnt be the same.. keep up the good work lakeside taxis

i am a lakeside customer and have been for many years. i have just seen some of the reviews you people have left. they are company like any other. sometime there is problems but me myself have never had any. there always on time and very polite with the way they are. i believe it takes two people to be rude so not always the cabs companies fault. out of many cabs that are booked weekly maybe only 1 out of 50 may be a problem. cant keep everyone happy. keep going the way you are and do not take notice of people moaning :-)

had 2 mini bus jobs booked last night. very happy with the service. sorry i messed you around with the booking. very friendly service can say will be happy to book with you again

had taxi last night and left my phone and bank cards in there. very surprised when i got a call from the taxi office telling me they had found them. had so many memory's on my phone.. many thanks for being so honest. not many people would have done that
