Was told our taxi would be 10 mins. Stood outside in the cold with 3 young children for 45 mins. When I called they told me he had been but no one there. Called me a liar. This is not the first time this has happened. 1 star is to much. Controller needs to learn customer service skills. Absolutely useless

Despite asking for two drop off points and paying up front. The cab driver dropped my friend off and after she went in refused to drive me home even after i explained my phone was dead. Leaving a 19 girl to walk over a mile and a half home alone at 2 in the morning. Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Ordered a taxi three weeks ago to go to the station, I had a call from a male controller saying that the taxi was outside my house. I was standing outside my house and I assured him the taxi wasn't, he then was very abrupt and argued that yes he was!, then I saw the taxi drive past my house and told the rude man on the other end of the phone that he had just drove past. Eventually got the taxi and missed my train and had to wait for the next. Then last night ordered a taxi for late. In the evening from grays station, not the best place to wait on your own late at night! Called after fifteen minutes of when it was supposed to be there and they didn't even have the correct name for the booking, plus I was told that they were very busy and that one of the drivers had had a puncture. So told them that I was very unhappy that they were not bothered about a woman on there own late at night waiting on a corner of a road by the station. Told them not to bother and got in a taxi outside the station. Won't be bothering again, I had their number on my phone as my only taxi firm and have used them for years, well goodbye z cars from now on I will be using Thameside.

I rung for a taxi..got told to wait 15 mins..i rung up 20 mins later to be told that the lady put the wrong address! So i asked for another tsxi to be told i had to wait a further 15 mins!!! I politley asked for a deduction on my fare as i was messed around and she said no. The cheek of it. Clearly no good customer service! I wont be going there again! Piss takers
