The new location for Thurlow Nunn is as you would expect, clean and very good space outside to view some if the products they. Inside it has a very good selection of products for all types of customers, commercial and home garden products. My dismay is that on entry to the front desk it quite clearly says "ware a mask" but yet some staff walk in from outside with a customer and ignore the fact that other customers are wearing face masks. Is there one rule for some staff who wore a mask and another rule for others? Possibly a sales person or management, couldn't tell. Disappointing
For the good quality products they sell, disappointingly poor service and communitcations. Sadly I've voted with my feet and brought replacement machinery elsewhere.
The little old boy in spares is particularly helpful each time I've been in.
Brilliant customer service by the Parts Manager when I collected my new hedge trimmer.
Very helpful staff and got what we needed Oil for the disc cutter, great price and had it in stock too
