Recommended to call BC&R when a visit to a tyre shop elsewhere in the town indicated possible wheel-bearing problems. Despite turning up without an appointment and the garage having a busy workload (to say nothing of the bitterly cold weather), we were made very welcome and given first-class service on the spot. Although it took a good three quarters of an hour to sort out our problem, the charges were extremely reasonable.
A very big thank you and looking forward to seeing you again when the car needs something doing.

We are a vehicle rental company and whilst one of our vehicles was many miles from home in Fakenham, it had a problem that needed urgent mechanical help - Why urgent ? - because we had 15 people who needed the vehicle whilst on holiday.
After contacting Johnathon at BC & R car & van centre, he immediately helped us. He went out to recover the vehicle, completed the work and returned the vehicle to our customer. He was able to assess how urgent our job was and fitted us into his already busy workload. The bill .... ??? Very reasonable !!!
