11/12/20 came down to take a van for the weekend was over 10 vans in the yard. Was told cant let em go as royal mail as booked them all‍ big company helps big company forget about the little people‍

Our address check “failed” even though we came with the exact same info as 2 weeks ago. Didn’t get a car, whole weekend plans ruined. Staff extremely unhelpful.
