Avis have never let me down. The guys at Leeds downtown have always got a smile even when it seems like the chaos is winning. Great job guys. The loyalty program works well too. Every so often theres a cheeky little weekend voucher or a nice upgrade to be had.

Stephen was absolutely fantastic I was skeptical to use Avis Leeds after reading all the bad reviews but was blown away by Stephens professionalism and help. Had a great car, very cheap and will definitely use them again. Thanks so much

Worst experience of renting a car ever!!! Not one to pull the race card but felt very discriminated because of my skin colour that i had to leave this review, now i only go to arnold clark across the road much better service and wayy better prices try it before giving these idiots your money your welcome

Worst experience ever. Such an ignorant hypocritic and lying staff. If you can.stay away from this company before you regret it. I would put minus 10 stars

They've been very friendly and helpful. They even gave me their biggest car for me to move all of my stuff. Had they not done so, I wouldn't have made it!
