Unbelievable rude , trying to make an app for my daughter to be seen due to an infection when the receptionist has the cheek to tell me she can't guarantee that a doctor will be in the office , keep in mind it's 4pm . Practice closes at 6. Did not seem polite at all. However this is the first time I've experienced that , other times they do a great job.
This practice is a disgrace. Tried to register but the staff at the surgery laughed at me when I didn't have photo ID with me. I actually went to another practice to save that embarrassment again. Also the phone is just left off the hook every afternoon so you cannot get through. No wonder so many people use the unfortunately more convenient A&E for minor GP issues.
Staff and Doctors don't care an absolute disgrace of a GP surgery probably better off going to your local vets
These people are the worst people to deal with. They are extremely cheeky. Never have I had such an experience dealing with people in my life !!! Would rather stay sick yet try and get an appointment with one of them !!!
Don't bother not worth the hassle
The admin/reception staff make a mistake with pretty much every experience I have with them. Appalling standards considering they are dealing with people's health.
I swear they leave the phone off the hook or decline calls. How can you do that when thoth way to make appointments during this time is over the phone
Very rude unhelpful receptionist,s some of the doctors are fair and good doctors, but receptionist,s need all to be dismissed and take on new ones that have people skills
Nightmare to get through to anyone
Why is it impossible to get through after 1.30pm Do they leave the phone off the hook???
