Absolutely shocking to make appointments, I call on Monday afternoon to make an appointment and get told the books are not open for next week, I then go to the surgery the next day to then get the books are still not open for next week. I then call up on Thursday to make an appointment to then get told the books are now full and to either call at 8:30am where the lines are flat out engaged or call back Monday afternoon when the books will be open, but every time I call in the afternoon to book an appointment their books are either not open or they are fully booked.
Absolutely terrible experience here. Can't get appointments and the admin staff are incredibly rude with no focus on patient care.
Some of the doctors are arrogant and rude. Their website says open from 8:30am yet you can phone at 8:45 and they're still closed. They rather need to update their website with correct timings or actually open at the time they advertise. Very poor of them to have conflicting details.
Some of the doctors are "very rude " cheeky and have no respect for other people's views on topics such as some jabs ! No matter who is right or wrong you should respect others decisions My other half had a poor experience here Very Disappointed
Thanks Grange for all the staff at the Grange do for us but at this worrying time I would like to thank the receptionist for getting me the help advice and information and them and doctors for always getting back to me. You are heroes
