I telephoned yesterday to make an appointment for my daughter aged 13years old. I explained she had started to experience blurry vision. A member of staff told me my daughter wasn't due eye test until April 2023 as she had been last tested April 2021. Unsatisfied at the response. I thought you could make an appointment at any stage especially if you have developed new eyesight issues. I would have been prepared to pay for my child to be tested but this wasnt suggested. I contacted another Optician, who is willing to see my child next week. Pity as I had been with spec savers a long time as a private paying client and always found their service great.
Disappointed with the service. Accidentally charging my daughter for her old lens....As yet no refund of the accidental money taken from the card...During a cost of living crisis this simply isn't good enough...
Appointment times are not kept to, I eventually got in 40 minutes late. No toilet facilities for clients, just told you must use Marks and Spencer’s toilets, not very good customer service especially for older people!!!

Received a first class service. I wasn't going to purchase glasses after my test as i usually preferred to go online for something a bit cheaper but after speaking with Lisa who kindly assisted me in my search I bought two pairs. Thank you.
Very helpful staff. Good selection of glasses, all prices, if you need them. Staff will tell you truthfully if you do need glasses and also an honest opinion on the pair you choose if they suit you or if there is something to suit you better.
Well using my phone's sat Nav I would be lost
