Here is the Primark in Corby. I remember this store opening, people were coming from all across Northamptonshire to shop here! I have shopped here through many identity crises and always found the clothes I was looking for. Was really lovely to go in first thing this morning, very quiet and a little amount of fellow shoppers getting in my way. Absolutely loved the range of slippers and boots. Fab to see they have implemented click & collect, as well as a self service option.
Good value clothing, whole family covered including items for travel, beauty, parties, active and fitness wear all at affordable prices. The lighting is good and ease access for wheelchair users, lifts available to all floors, shopping made easy for everyone
Very clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful although i can only comment on the mens section id recomend a few signs displaying what sections of clothing are where as I tried finding the polo shirts which I found different types all over the shop rather than altogether and the shelves were more set out in a dress code fashion according to the pic advertised above.
17/01/26 approximately 17:45nIn the till, we gave the One4all gift card to a cashier called Emily. Without even checking the card, she said it doesn't work and the girl next to her agreed with what she said. Emily said that I needed to transfer the One4all card to a Primark E voucher. I even said that it had the Primark logo on the card.nI paid the money and asked another member of staff called Ben, he looked at the card and said the card had a magnetic strip on the back so it should work. I explained to Ben what Emily said, Ben then went inside the counter with my card and enquired, and I could see Emily was rude to him.nBen was very helpful and delt with the issue very professionally thank you but he couldn't do anything. Then I saw the manager walk pass and I asked her to at least try it, she agreed and she went back to swipe the card. It worked and there was no sorry or apologies from Emily and she looked at the girl next to her and smirked. Totally disgusting and rude!!!
Well set out Store with everything very easy to find. Very helpful staff. Plenty of stock and a nice light, bright and easy to navigate floor.
