Dog friendly. Real ale. Over looking Boxmoor common and the Grand union canel
Excellent value meals that don't suffer on quality. Very cheap prices on wine too and.... dog friendly.
we went for dinner. Should have left as soon as we walked in as it looks like the landlords private party pub. Not many beers on tap. The food was terrible. Cutlery and table were sticky. Barley any effort to social distance. Staff were friendly at least.
In the age or covid this Pub does it by the book and with a genuine grace and the pub food has gone up by a few notches as well throughly enjoyable,well done to your team
Its not a bad pub but it isnt clean..... sticky floors, unclean toilet facilities and a few of the largers were out

Great pub with nice food. The people are friendly and welcoming. They have sports on tv and a lovely garden in the summer. They also have tribute acts every month.
