Simple but great. Watched a football match there, really nice staff and friendly regulars. Unfussy, but that's what I liked.
Would probably be more welcome in North Korea! Walked in on a Sunday at 1pm with my kid who was fast asleep. Only two people sat at the bar and before I even had a chance to speak I was told by the old woman behind the bar that 'buggies were not allowed' and was told I'd have to sit in the front garden if I wanted to stay. Why not go the whole 9 yards and put a sign outside saying 'Families Not Welcome'. Terrible experience.

Really great place for a beer or two. Friendly atmosphere and great staff. A traditional pub with all you'd expect.
What can I say .. only go there for the good company on our side of the bar .. take cash .. no credit cards taken
