The crank pulley came off my classic car after leaving Santa POD's show and shine at the Flame and Thunder event. I called my breakdown company Gem Assist and within 10 minutes had a call from K2 Recovery saying they would be there in 30 minutes and just leaving Kettering. Turned up within the 30 minutes loaded the car and took us home. Absolutely great service and great guy sorry can't remember his name who took us back. Spot on!Service:&nbsp;Car towing

I broke down today at the side of the A3, Dean arrived quickly, loaded my car and took me to a safe place to wait for the AA. My 1st experience of breaking down could not have gone better thanks to Dean! He was so friendly, made me laugh & just generally made this stressful situation better! An absolute credit to your company!

Broke down in the area and this was the recovery company my breakdown company used. The gentleman was great when he arrived, he maneuvered my car for me as I had bumped up on the kerb and completely saved my bacon by calling in a local tyre repair company that was able to repair our vehicle on site as all the garages had closed by the time we were recovered. He let us wait in the recovery vehicle until the tyre company arrived so we could keep warm and also allowed our dog in as well so she did not have to be left in the car alone. If I was local to the area I would recommend this company to everyone, the service was impeccable and without their recommendation to the tyre company, we would have had to fork out so much more money to travel home and back here in the morning to collect the vehicle. My car broke down just after midnight as I was on my way back from Northampton hospital where my mum had been admitted, police towed me to Tim Hortons car park at Riverside, RAC said they'd be with me within 3 hours. About 40 minutes later I got a call from Craig at K2 saying he'd be there in 20 minutes. When he got there, he put the car on the low-loader and put the heating on for me in the truck because I was absolutely frozen, he took it to YW&R in Wellingborough, unloaded it, then dropped me home because it was nearly 3am, cold, I'm disabled and he didn't want me walking back from Peugeot on my own. I can't praise these guys enough!! Today I had an unfortunate accident and my car was badly damaged on the A14! I was extremely shaken and upset at the damage to my car, but hey I was uninjured and even more so I was alive!! The guys took control, recovered my car and got me off the busy road to a safe haven!
