Not only do they do great ice creams we shared a lemon one, when we visited the Bakewell store we were particularly impressed by the outstanding customer service of the gentleman working there. He was polite, professional and friendly from the moment we walked in the door. Proper old fashioned, warm service.
A very pleasant gift/cafe/chocolate shop. I had the Bakewell breakfast. It was well cooked and tasty. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

A great place to grab a coffee. The complementary chocolate you get is yummy. It's such a shame so many Thorntons coffee shop's are closing down.
Asked for a flat white ended up with normal coffee and I found the staff very unfriendly in fact just rude. I shall not go there again!
