Clare Carpenter - Branch Manager ** Upon reading my comments below Clare Carpenter has made a note of them and I have received an apology for "being let down in any way". I am keeping the comments here to allow future tenants to be aware that while there have been issues, they have been noted and apologies have been made. ** Failed to have the apartment properly cleaned in advance of me moving in (even though it was requested and confirmed in multiple emails). Failed to remember basic details such as my previous address, which is understandable but highlights just how impersonal her tenants are. Pitiful customer service in terms of tone and messages (after emailing regarding my broken front door lock she told me to email someone else as she wasn't my property manager (even though she has been my point of contact in the past) with no empathy for the obviously stressful situation. The rest of the staff seem absolutely fine.

Very unhelpful. I would not recommend to anyone. Once they have your money...game over, will not help you any further. Never met such an unprofessional company. Manger is particularly unhelpful and not friendly at all unless you are doing something for her!

Friendly and helpful staff. Initially Val showed me the property and dealt with my deposit. Clare the branch manager kept me informed of every step along the way. Most papers could be signed online, this helped a lot. I was moved in within three weeks. Very pleased with the whole process. Thank you

They were by far the most professional estate agents we dealt with in our 8 month home search in Urmston. They knew about the property / it's history and were very fair when dealing with the open house and best and final offers (they didn't go around again and again, it was actually best and final offers first time round). Samantha and Oliver were great, and progressed the sale through quickly. Can't recommend highly enough. Used their City Centre office to rent my flat out with I was so impressed.
