Just sold a house at Salford. I would like to thank everyone at the Swinton office  that has been involved but especially Nicky who has been there for us as a family at every step of the way.  All staff very friendly, professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Keenan’s.

Everyone at Keenans we’re great to deal with as a whole, but if you have the pleasure of dealing with George at Keenans in Swinton, then you’re onto a winning combination of impeccable customer service, superb property market knowledge, professionalism and integrity from this guy. George showed us around what would turn out to be our first home that we would buy. In the short time that you get to view what will probably be the most expensive purchase of your life, he had all of the answers to our questions and made us feel completely at ease with the daunting house hunting experience. Supposed to look after properties don't think you even check, been dealing with a guy called Alex with a problem with a tree lifting my fencing up he said to send him photos I did on the 31st August did not get back to me I just phoned him 7th November he said Leave it till next year  and they will have a look  the fencing is coming out and I have two big dogs I don't want go into someone else's garden this needs to get sorted ASAP

We have been looking to purchase our first rental property for a while now and were looking for someone to advice us properly as we are new to all of this. We didn't have much luck in the first instance, however after speaking with Matthew Thompson, he's really given us the confidence to purchase and has offered us some really good advice. Really knowledgable staff and would highly recommend to anybody who’s looking for an efficient and trustworthy Estate Agent. Special mention to Matthew Thompson; unlike other agents he didn’t rely on jargon when valuing my late mothers home and I Immediately felt confident in both his advice and approach.

I have been dealing with Estate & Letting Agents in and around Manchester for a number of years and thankfully I stumbled across Keenans, and particularly Matthew Thompson about a month ago. Nothing is too much trouble and they have always gone the extra mile for me. I can't see me ever using a different agent in this area for the foreseeable! Would recommend to anyone

They are the worst estate agents I’ve every come across, communication is non existent to say the least, you complain and the manager shouts over the top of you! Do yourself a favour read the rest of the reviews before going anywhere near ! I really wish I had.
