THW are an excellent firm of estate agents and solicitors. We sold our house and purchased a new one with their help. Both transactions were difficult and stressful but Angela ,John and Ben were fantastic, professional,with clear communication always available ,reassuring and supportive where necessary . Her knowledge and professional attitude ensured every issue came to a satisfactory conclusion. I have also dealt with other members of staff on a variety of matters, all of whom have had a friendly and professional work ethic and I would not hesitate to recommend the firm for any legal requirements. The reception staff are also very efficient.
I couldn’t have had better service from all the staff who dealt with me. They were kind, patient and often went the extra mile. Jonathan Hardiker was sorely tried at times, but he was always helpful and encouraging especially with the disputes. John Cooke did a splendid job of getting me moved into my new home. We are now moved in, albeit in a state of absolute chaos, but very happy! Thanks to you all! Patricia.
