I have had the pleasure of appointing Milne Moser Solicitors three times over the past 15 years for the conveyancing of home sales and purchases and, on each occasion, the experience has been excellent.

David Emmett conducted the conveyancing for the purchase and sale of my first home, guiding me through the process with a reassuringly friendly approach, with Ian Jenkinson taking over duties for the next two instructions.

For the most recent property sale and purchase, Mr Jenkinson was exceptionally efficient when other legal firms involved in the chain were, to be polite, less so. He was always on the ‘front foot’, communicating updates to us regularly and applying common sense to resolve any potential issues, including picking up the phone and talking to someone in order to get an answer!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Milne Moser Solicitors (and Ian Jenkinson in particular) and they shall continue to be my first choice for legal representation for the years to come.
