The staff are incredibly helpful but company policy leaves a lot to be desired. I have several pieces of jewelry the majority of which have broken. £300 watch worn twice, strap broken. £149 ring work and snapped completely into two pieces whilst standing still. I was charged for repairs. My earrings are mishaped, charms have snapped into bits. Basically they use incredibly soft silver for their jewelry that doesn't not withstand minimal wear, maybe suitable for wearing for special occasions? With exception of their watches which can't manage that. Then to not offer free repairs when there is clearly a design flaw and they charge way more than some retailers. Shame that other retailers don't offer the same great designs

I don’t usually write reviews but felt as though I had to after the treatment and lack of customer service me and my girlfriend received when visiting at the weekend.  We usually buy from the store in Leeds Victoria quarter but as a one off came to this one and it will be the last time. The reason of our visit was to see if a ring bought for my partner could be changed for a smaller size but was told in a rude and aggressive manner by a middle aged/large store assistant that, that would not be possible and we thought fair enough that’s fine. She then went on a rant and explained in disgust that us trying to return a ring that had been used was like sending her top back to top shop. A younger store assistant then laughed under her mask  which made us feel uncomfortable. The large lady had a serious attitude problem and we have never had this kind of treatment in a Thomas Sabo store before.  I would highly recommend the store in the Victoria quarter in Leeds, the staff in their always help us and make us feel welcome. AVOID this shop or feel humiliated.

I have had problems with the charms breaking. Each time they have to be sent to Germany taking 6 weeks. I think the jewellery is overpriced, and sub standard quality. The gold coloured charms soon go silver. The jewellery is very poor quality, the 6 week period is ridiculous.I would suggest people think very carefully before purchasing items from here

Great staff very helpful & friendly lovely items of jewellery & stunning charms

I bought my fella a leather bracelet on Friday. Bought for a special event. Went walking on Sunday and it must have come loose and fallen off fair enough if he'd had it a while, wear and tear but 2 days?? Design fault!! Contacted Thomas Sabo. Can't inspect it because its lost so nothing they can do. I won't be buying anything else from them!!
