My partner needed professional help and advice after another tradesman had bodged a repair on her bathroom shower and left a large hole in the wall & side of her bath, and no shower in place. Dan, Richard and their team worked with us to ensure the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. They gave us all of the options available to us and guided us through the process of fixing the hole in the wall, installing new tiles which we supplied, a new shower which we supplied, a new shower screen which we supplied and new bath panel which we supplied. They communicated with us throughout, turned up when they said they would, respected my partners property, did a fantastic job at an extremely reasonable price, and tidied up after themselves - and they’re nice guys! NB the reason I mention the items we supplied is - at no point did they seek to sell us any of their products - they were happy to work with what we had. Highly recommended
This review doesn’t even deserve one star, I had nothing but problems with Dan the plumber, turning up late taking 12 weeks to carry out a 6 week job, lie after lie after lie, a badly fitted shower that he has refused to come back and fix, I have tried to sort it out with him to which he has refused and phoned the police, accused me of harassment when I said I would be moving forward with legal proceedings, to put right his bad work will cost around £2k he’s folded the business my only hope that no one else suffers, judging by the other comments they have but I hope in the future Daniel Pearson doesn’t treat others how he has treated us, his business partner Richard is a fantastic Tiler, and this review is no reflection on him.
Good standard of work but there were problems that needed rectifying which I raised as a potential problem on day one. Very slow to put things right. Very pleasant staff. The tiling is top notch.
